Omar Martinez is selected as the 2019 Puryear Farms employee of the year by his coworkers. The employee of the year is the highest honor that any employee in our company can receive. Since joining the company in 2018, Omar has served as an account manager in the maintenance division. He has extensive background experience in the golf industry. More importantly, he has experience leading people. He understands that people follow leaders who genuinely care about them and want to help them succeed. His empathetic and patient approach has earned the respect of his peers and the recognition he so well deserves as the 2019 Employee of the year.
